Oasis Beach and Golf Resort

Oasis Gardens Apartments
Oasis Gardens has progressed over the last few weeks. The first level of Block 4 is now complete and most of the footings of the other blocks are now finished. The structures of Blocks 5 and 6 will be the next stage of the construction process, with the structures of Blocks 1, 2 and 3 following.

Oasis Pines and Palms
The licences for construction of this phase of the Oasis Beach and Golf Resort were verbally approved in July and we are now waiting to receive the final papers which will enable us to proceed with land movements and construction. The earthworks will be started within 2 weeks of receiving the licence paperwork and the actual construction of the structures will begin approximately one month from the granting of licence. Pines and Palms villa presentations, floor plans and elevations can now be viewed on
www.oasismorocco.com, with town home information to follow shortly.

Owners Viewing Trip

As the Construction Licences for The Pines and Palms have not yet been issued to us, the Oasis Board of Directors have decided it is probably a little soon to operate an Owners Viewing Trip in September or October this year as intended. Even though there will be much to see around the whole site of Mediterrania Saidia, we would prefer the build of the Oasis Gardens Apartments to be further
advanced to maximize the benefits of such a trip. Also, we would have liked to invite purchasers of villas and town homes to join us but currently there is nothing new to see on their phases. Therefore, the proposal is to travel during March 2009. Thank you to all Oasis purchasers who have registered their interest using the website, there will be no need to re-register unless you need to inform us
that March will not be a suitable time.

Saidia Area
The Marina continues to expand and the Royal visit by his Majesty the King in June brought the official opening for the expansion of the marina.

The Medina/Commercial Area has expanded this summer too. Even though the area has not yet been officially launched, there are two restaurants and one café open for business. Finishing touches are being made to the site and with the planting of trees and other
landscape features, is starting to look very impressive.

The Hotel groups in the area are becoming more active, with the addition of the Radisson SAS group taking a position on the site, along with the Hivernage from Marrakech and David Lloyd picking Mediterrania Saidia as one of only three locations around the world to launch his new venture.

Flights and Motorway Link

Flights from the UK to the area have been expanded with Ryanair launching its flights via Marseille to Nador Airport (only 45 minutes from the site), as well as Royal Air Maroc/Atlas Bleu via Paris to Oujda and Aigle Azur from Paris. Jet Air Fly and Transavia via Brussels and Amsterdam respectively and Iberia via Madrid or Malaga to Melilla (45 minutes from the border to Saidia). Direct flights are due to be announced in the coming months.

New Motorway Link from Oujda to the Mediterrania site in Saidia is now complete, with an easy 30 minute access via the dual carriageway to the site; this makes it a very easy transfer from the airport.
